As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

The successful candidate will generate profitable business through the sale and rental projects. Actively prospects and develops long-term customer relationships in a designated key account. The candidate will approach prospective customers to identify their needs, develops and delivers project as well as maintain up-to-date market trends and competition. This position will report to Country Manager and will coordinate with regional team in overseas.

This role involves assessing project feasibility, aligning with sales systems, and collaborating with teams, IT, and vendors to propose ideas and manage budgets. It supports the launch of new sales solutions, handles project testing and troubleshooting, and prepares reports while tracking progress. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is preferred.

Database expert with extensive experience in relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, alongside cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, etc.) to support company adoption through technical guidance, customer engagement, and post-sales support. The role requires strong communication skills, SQL expertise, and a background in solution architecture or database administration.

As an Operation Manager you will responsible for the end-to-end business operation of the business especially in export sales. You will be a spearhead in executing and expanding portfolio in Japanese market to groom and grow pet business.
