  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage budgets related to trade marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Trade Marketing Manager should have:

  • A proven track record in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Category Management in both MT and TT
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns within deadlines.
