Job Description

  • Execute sales activities including value selling, product promotion, key account management, pricing negotiation, complaint handling, and accurate demand forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with key accounts by fostering trust and engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Engage frequently with PCB fabricators to understand customer needs, protect existing business, and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new product development and commercialization by providing field insights and technical feedback.
  • Expand Qnity product adoption across various processes and equipment, while delivering technical services such as product installation, new product introduction, and critical troubleshooting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience, preferably within electronic‑related industries; PCB/FPC, copper electroless, or copper plating knowledge is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus, and candidates with engineering backgrounds may qualify without PCB experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems proactively, and collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Willingness to travel, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate strong self‑motivation, discipline, and leadership potential.
