This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning programs, drive training effectiveness, and foster a strong learning culture across the organization.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and manage all in-house and outsourced training programs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions in both Thai and English.
  • Develop and implement English proficiency and employee development programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create learning content and training materials.
  • Manage training records, curriculum databases, and learning documentation.
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Proven experience designing and managing complex training programs in bilingual (Thai and English) environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
