About Our Client

Our client is a specialised engineering services company providing commissioning, testing, and operational support solutions for mission-critical data centre facilities. The organisation works closely with data centre owners and operators to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant performance throughout the facility life-cycle. The business is currently expanding its presence in Thailand and is seeking an experienced leader to oversee local operations, strengthen customer partnerships, develop engineering talent, and support future growth initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Thailand team while establishing clear accountability and performance standards.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of commissioning and operational services, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
  • Act as the primary senior representative for customers and partners, maintaining strong relationships and managing escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate resources across multiple projects and resolve operational or delivery challenges effectively.
  • Build local capability through talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, and subcontractor management.
  • Support business growth by contributing to client engagement, proposal development, opportunity evaluation, and delivery planning.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to implement technical standards, best practices, and corporate policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent command of both Thai and English, able to communicate effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC), or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience within the data centre industry, particularly in commissioning, testing, operations, and maintenance of critical facilities.
  • Strong leadership track record managing engineering or operations teams, including people development and performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills within a growing business environment.
