Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain SaaS/ERP solutions by gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring solution designs align with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on supply chain operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and marketplace processes while identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs, training materials, user guides, and train-the-trainer sessions to support system adoption and user readiness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, issue tracking, validation of fixes, and regression testing.
  • Execute go-live activities by coordinating cutover plans, validating data migration, assessing readiness criteria, and supporting deployment activities.
  • Provide Hypercare support following implementation by managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, coaching users, escalating product bugs, and ensuring service level commitments are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned, prepare project reports, and recommend process and product improvements to enhance future implementations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Supply Chain, ERP, WMS, OMS, SaaS implementation, business consulting, or related technology deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including warehousing, inventory management, order management, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
  • Proven experience delivering user training, managing UAT activities, supporting go-live execution, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with a client-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
