Job Description

  • Lead the management and optimization of construction machinery and high-value equipment assets across multiple project sites.
  • Develop and execute equipment deployment strategies to ensure effective utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance programs to maximize machinery reliability and uptime.
  • Drive engineering improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage machinery-related operating expenditures, maintenance budgets, and capital investment plans.
  • Lead CAPEX planning, asset replacement strategies, and long-term equipment lifecycle management.
  • Oversee engineering and maintenance activities for asphalt plants and other construction material production facilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop engineering and machinery teams while collaborating closely with plant managers, project teams, and senior executives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Extensive experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, asset management, and maintenance engineering.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Background in construction, civil infrastructure, road construction, construction materials, quarry, or heavy equipment fleet operations.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with willingness to travel extensively to project sites nationwide.
