Job Description

  • Provide technical service and support to customers across Thailand and the APAC region.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance activities.
  • Support machine installation, commissioning, upgrades, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ).
  • Deliver remote technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Conduct customer training on machine operation, maintenance, and spare parts management.
  • Collaborate with overseas engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical problems.
  • Provide after-sales service support for packaging machinery systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support to the sales team.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field service, machine installation, or industrial automation.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites across the region.
  • Good English communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
