Job Description

  • Install, configure, and commission new analytical instruments at customer sites.
  • Conduct customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Provide after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit service, maintenance, and progress reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customer care and internal teams on quotations, spare parts, inventory, and service schedules.
  • Ensure all service activities are completed according to company standards and procedures.
  • Support the After Market team in achieving service contract and consumable sales targets.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior service engineers when required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of analytical instruments, preferably chromatography systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills with intermediate English proficiency.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required.
