Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales revenue and expand market share in Thailand
  • Drive equipment sales and service lifecycle offerings including aftermarket and service contracts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and develop new customers, partners, and market opportunities
  • Promote solutions (humidity control, air handling included HVAC and Cooling, and climate systems) across target industries
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support achievement of sales targets, margin objectives, and business KPIs
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within industrial equipment, HVAC, Chiller or climate solutions
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Experience in equipment sales and lifecycle service offerings, including aftermarket contracts
  • Ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Demonstrated success in developing new customers, partnerships, and market opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, service, and technical teams to deliver results
