Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in electronics or semiconductor sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Thailand
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximise performance and drive results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales within electronics or semiconductor sector.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics in Thailand.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
