About Our Client

We are partnering with a leading multinational organization in the engineering and construction-related services sector to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role supporting key markets across Southeast Asia, with strong visibility across regional and APAC leadership.

Job Description

  • Serve as the main HR Business Partner for operations across Southeast Asia markets
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders including Managing Director and business unit leaders
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives and support organizational change
  • Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes
  • Lead talent management, performance management (PMS), and succession initiatives
  • Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintain strong on-the-ground engagement-regular interaction with operational and field teams
  • Manage complex employee relations topics, including unionized environments
  • Collaborate with regional COEs on compensation, talent, and organizational development strategies
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring responsiveness, sound judgement, and adaptability



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally covering multiple markets
  • Strong exposure to labour relations and union environments
  • Background in construction, engineering, HVAC, or related industrial sectors is highly advantageous
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating as a standalone HR lead
  • Highly proactive, agile, and resilient, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to spend time on-site and engage directly with operational teams
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
