Job Description

  • Develop and enhance health insurance products to align with market demands and company strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product design, pricing, and policy terms.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all health insurance offerings.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide detailed product documentation and training materials for internal teams.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights and product expertise.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Health Product Development professional should have:

  • Strong experience in the insurance industry, particularly in health product development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to insurance products.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure product accuracy and compliance.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between THB 1,200,000 and THB 1,400,000.
  • VB bonus as part of the compensation package.
  • Permanent employment in Bangkok.
