Job Description

  • Define and execute the regional roadmap for AI, automation, and emerging technology initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact use cases that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business performance.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from business discovery, architecture design, prototyping, deployment, user adoption, and value realization.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to integrate AI-driven capabilities into core business processes and enterprise platforms.
  • Build proof of concepts and pilot solutions leveraging modern AI, data, automation, and cloud technologies.
  • Establish governance frameworks covering responsible AI usage, risk management, data security, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor adoption, utilization, and business outcomes through defined KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Drive capability development and foster a culture of innovation across regional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in AI, data, software engineering, solution architecture, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, workflow automation, APIs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying technology solutions in areas such as analytics, AI, automation, digital products, or business platforms.
  • Ability to discuss architecture, platform design, data models, integration patterns, and technology trade-offs with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern data platforms.
  • Experience establishing governance, security, and operating models for technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership in a regional environment.
