A fast-growing manufacturing with approximately 1,000 employees worldwide, operating across multiple markets and cultures.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits programs, including salary review, bonus administration, and benefits management.
  • Oversee monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Drive annual manpower planning, headcount forecasting, and HR budgeting in partnership with business leaders.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on employee relations matters, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace policy compliance.
  • Manage visa and work permit administration for expatriate employees and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team, including Payroll and Employee Relations functions.
  • Drive HR process improvements and transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation and payroll system migration projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager (C&B) should have:

  • At least 8 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end C&B programs, payroll operations, and HR compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll regulations, social security, personal income tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and HR analytics.
  • Hands-on experience managing visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and lead HR teams.
  • Experience supporting HR transformation projects, HRIS implementation, or process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on leadership willing to roll up their sleeves and actively support both operational and strategic HR activities.
  • Resilience and adaptability - able to navigate change, ambiguity, and evolving business needs with a positive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture where speed, collaboration, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
  • Experiences of Workday system is prefer
