The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the management of the HR department, functions and tasks. This is done in close cooperation with (line) managers and the Management Team of the factory. The HR Manager works closely together with the Global HR team to ensure the HR strategy, policies and ways of working are consistent implemented while still local relevant.

Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives.
  • Support employee relations and handle workplace concerns with professionalism.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programmes to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on training and development initiatives to build employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to support organisational change and growth strategies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7- 10 years of solid HR experience in manufacturing global companies
  • Preferably experience in FMCG, working with top tier brands and working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Factory related bonus targets
  • Individual KPI's are set each year related to HRM tasks and the Plant objectives
  • Own Performance related to TOP values and Competences (personal level)
  • Trust worthy person who can handle matters in a confidential manner
  • Pro-active team player who can work independently and give support at the same time
  • Ability to collaboratively work with diverse group of people
  • Solution thinker and creative on 'how can we make this happen'
