Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields.
  • 7 to 10 years of marketing experience within the industrial, manufacturing, fragrance, personal care, home care, or ingredients industries.
  • Strong B2B marketing background with a proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into effective business strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Proactive mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for innovation.
  • Good English communication skill.
