Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute the Thailand business strategy to achieve ambitious revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Lead the overall country organisation with full accountability for the P&L.
• Identify new growth opportunities across infrastructure, commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.
• Expand market penetration through direct project engagement, distributor networks, contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government stakeholders.
• Drive sustainable long-term business growth while maintaining strong margins and operational efficiency.
• Build annual and multi-year business plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.

Commercial Leadership

• Lead all sales, marketing, technical sales, specification, and business development functions.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers, developers, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, government agencies, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Drive project specification strategies to secure products at the design stage.
• Expand channel partnerships and improve distributor effectiveness across Thailand.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Leadership

• Provide executive oversight for manufacturing operations within Thailand.
• Drive world-class standards in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost optimisation, Environmental compliance.
• Ensure manufacturing capabilities support business growth objectives and customer demand.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Optimise production planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and customer service.
• Ensure manufacturing facilities operate in compliance with local regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Partner with regional operations teams to implement best practices and capital investment projects.

Financial Management

• Own the full country P&L and balance sheet performance.
• Deliver revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and working capital targets.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business reviews.
• Monitor key business metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure strong governance, financial controls, and compliance standards.
• Drive operational efficiencies and cost improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
• Strengthen organisational capability through succession planning and talent development.
• Coach and mentor functional leaders across commercial and operational teams.
• Lead organisational transformation and change management initiatives as required.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, ethics, integrity, and employee engagement.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary representative of the business in Thailand.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, industry associations, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams.
• Represent the organisation at key industry events and major customer engagements.
• Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
