Job Description

Manage key hospital, healthcare institution, and strategic customer accounts across Northeast Thailand.

Develop and execute territory and account growth plans aligned with business objectives.

Achieve sales targets through effective account management and new business development.

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within assigned territory.

Build relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers and partners.

Collaborate with distributor partners to drive commercial success and market expansion.

Develop key opinion leaders and support educational events and marketing activities.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to support business strategy.

Support tender activities, pricing proposals, forecasting, and business planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Specialist should have:

  • A background in sales, preferably within the life science industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proven ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Thai for seamless communication.
