Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organisation effectiveness.
  • Lead Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including salary bench-marking, annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Oversee payroll operations through external vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all payroll activities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
  • Analyze HR and compensation data to provide insights and recommendations that support business and talent decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders on HR initiatives, projects, and continuous process improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experiences, FMCG prefer
  • Strong experience in C&B strategy and overall HR Management
  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Thai Nationality
