As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, driving key HR initiatives across talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and organizational improvement. We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking HR leader who can help transition the HR function from a largely operational focus to a more strategic and business-oriented approach.

Our client is a well-established multinational organization with a strong international presence. The company is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda and drive HR transformation initiatives while partnering closely with both local and regional stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth.
  • Drive organizational development, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Manage HR budgeting and provide recommendations on workforce-related investments.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various functions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support HR transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Utilize HR systems and data analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or HR Business Partner within a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in workforce planning, recruitment, stakeholder management, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
  • Solid understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Hands-on, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
