Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle for Regional Office employees, from on-boarding through to employee engagement, performance management, development, and off-boarding.
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leaders and employees within the Regional Office.
  • Drive HR process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead projects related to payroll transformation, including managing external payroll vendors and establishing more streamlined regional processes.
  • Review and enhance Compensation & Benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and support talent attraction and retention.
  • Support and train managers on Performance Management Systems (SAP PMS) and other people-related initiatives.
  • Organise employee engagement activities and promote a positive employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or Regional HRBP within an MNC environment.
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience driving change management, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Exposure to payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Good command in English
  • Thai Nationality
