Job Description

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across APAC on all people-related matters.
  • Partner with management teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coach managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.



Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead and continuously improve the performance management process across the region.
  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Help create a high-performance, accountable, and engaged culture.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Support budgeting and workforce planning activities.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices remain competitive and compliant.
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and organizational structures.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and employment practices across APAC markets.
  • Review and implement HR policies and processes to support business growth.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and workplace issues.
  • Maintain strong governance and HR operational excellence across the region.



HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Drive adoption and optimisation of HR systems and workforce management tools.
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
  • Support regional HR transformation initiatives and change management projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong HR generalist background with significant experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries within Asia Pacific.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation, HR technology, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across different cultures and locations.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance business needs with people priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
