As a member of the Country Leadership Team, this role will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce productivity, talent development, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.Job DescriptionLead the HR strategy for Thailand and Vietnam, partnering with the Country Managing Director and leadership team to align people initiatives with business objectives.Drive workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and productivity improvement initiatives across multiple business units and locations.Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.Ensure effective delivery of HR operations, including compensation & benefits, payroll governance, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service excellence.Lead employee relations, investigations, compliance, and labor law matters while maintaining strong governance and audit readiness across both countries.Champion HR transformation, digitalization, process improvement, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.Manage and develop HR teams in Thailand and Vietnam, building strong business partnerships and enhancing HR capability across the organization.Oversee office management and workplace services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-focused working environment while managing related budgets and vendors.The Successful ApplicantExperience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or senior HR Business Partner capacity.Strong expertise in Thai labour law, employment regulations, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to provide practical business-focused guidance and manage employment risks effectively.Experience working within large, multi-site, operationally intensive, or workforce-heavy organisations.Proven track record in organizational transformation, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and culture development.Experience partnering directly with Managing Directors, Country Leaders, and senior executive teams to drive business and people outcomes.Knowledge of Vietnam labour practices and multi-country HR management experience within Southeast Asia is highly desirable.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across complex organizations.Experience in services, hospitality, facilities management, outsourcing, food services, logistics, retail, or other people-intensive industries is preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.What's on OfferIf you are an experienced HR leader with strong business partnering capabilities and expertise in Thai labour law, and are looking to make a meaningful impact across Thailand and Vietnam, we would love to hear from you.Ready for your next challenge?
