This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic leadership team and play a key role in driving the performance, profitability, and future success of the aftersales business.Job DescriptionKey Responsiblitites Lead and oversee all Aftersales functions including Service, Parts, Warranty, Customer Relations, and Body & Paint operations (where applicable).Develop and execute strategies to increase aftersales revenue, profitability, customer retention, and overall business performance.Manage departmental budgets, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.Drive workshop productivity, technician efficiency, labor sales, and parts sales through effective planning and resource management.Ensure exceptional customer experience by monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, resolving escalated issues, and implementing customer retention initiatives.Maintain compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements while achieving manufacturer performance objectives.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing aftersales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.Oversee parts inventory management to optimize stock availability, minimize obsolescence, and improve inventory turnover.Build strong relationships with OEM representatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives and long-term success.The Successful Applicant Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership position.Strong understanding of dealership service operations, parts management, warranty processes, customer retention, and OEM standards.Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and business performance metrics.Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate large teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with OEM representatives and senior management.Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of leading change in a fast-paced automotive environment.What's on OfferWhat Is on Offer for the Candidate?
