Job Description

Key Responsiblitites

  • Lead and oversee all Aftersales functions including Service, Parts, Warranty, Customer Relations, and Body & Paint operations (where applicable).
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase aftersales revenue, profitability, customer retention, and overall business performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive workshop productivity, technician efficiency, labor sales, and parts sales through effective planning and resource management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, resolving escalated issues, and implementing customer retention initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements while achieving manufacturer performance objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing aftersales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
  • Oversee parts inventory management to optimize stock availability, minimize obsolescence, and improve inventory turnover.
  • Build strong relationships with OEM representatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives and long-term success.



The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of dealership service operations, parts management, warranty processes, customer retention, and OEM standards.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with OEM representatives and senior management.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of leading change in a fast-paced automotive environment.
