Job Description

  • Optimise and improve sales operations processes and customer service workflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing global customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage and deliver sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
  • Identify new markets, distribution channels, and growth opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Present products and solutions to clients and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Analyse market trends, attend industry events, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Support business strategy execution and contribute to overall company performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education background from Chemicals, Science, Chemicals Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience over 7 years in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience working with distributors and partners across multiple regions.
  • Background from Chemicals, Glove, PPE Products or related fields.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiation, presentation skill and business acumen.
