The Head of HR will lead and manage all aspects of human resources, ensuring effective strategies are in place to support the organisation's goals.

About Our Client

Leading education organisation located in the North of Thailand

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and execute training and development programmes.
  • Monitor and improve performance management systems.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CHRO or HR leader in a large, complex school setup.
  • Proven experience in managing global HR functions across multiple schools, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and school development.
  • Experience with HR transformation, change management, and driving culture change within a large-scale enterprise.
