A well-established bilingual private school group in Thailand is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of development.

The group operates several campuses in Thailand and serves the mid- to upper-mid market, providing high-quality bilingual education with a strong focus on academic standards and local cultural values.

As part of an international private education network, the group benefits from global expertise and a strong platform for continued growth in Thailand.

Job Description

* Lead the overall business and operational performance of the school group across multiple campuses

* Own P&L, budgeting, financial performance and resource allocation

* Drive operational efficiency, performance management and service quality

* Ensure academic quality and consistency in line with international group standards

* Develop and strengthen senior leadership teams and a high-performance culture

* Lead enrollment, commercial and growth strategies across the Thailand cluster

* Identify and support opportunities for sustainable expansion and campus development

* Use data and market insights to support strategic and operational decision-making

* Build strong relationships with parents, investors, regulators and other key stakeholders

* Act as the key representative of the Thailand business within the wider international group

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Senior leadership experience within a service-sector business, ideally in a regional or multi-site organization
  • Strong commercial and operational track record with full P&L ownership
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial management and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of customer-focused service businesses and operational excellence
  • Experience managing and developing senior leadership teams
  • Data-driven, hands-on and execution-oriented leadership style
  • Experience leading growth, transformation or multi-site expansion initiatives
  • International or cross-cultural experience, with the ability to work effectively across Thai and international environments
  • Education experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right commercial/service-sector profile
