If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
My first contact with PageGroup was a few years before I officially joined. I was offered a role, but decided to turn it down as I was pursuing a career as an independent financial advisor. That path was something I felt I needed to explore fully before making any long-term decisions. However, even then, Michael Page remained at the top of my mind as one of the leading recruitment firms known for its professionalism, strong brand, and structured career growth. Once I had fulfilled my goals in financial advising, I reached back out to PageGroup because I knew it was the right environment to grow my career long term. It was a decision I’ve never regretted.
Since joining PageGroup nearly four years ago as a Consultant, I’ve been fortunate to experience continuous growth; both professionally and personally. I’ve been promoted three times, and now serve as a Manager leading the finance desk. Each year has brought a new set of challenges, pushing me to adapt, lead, and think more strategically. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of client partnership, talent strategy, and team development. The structured career path and strong support system at Page have played a big role in my progression.
Coming from a people-centric background, I’ve always been drawn to roles that combine business impact with human connection. Recruitment stood out to me because it allows me to influence both companies’ success and individuals’ careers. It’s fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rewarding, especially when you see the tangible value you bring to both clients and candidates. That mix of commercial focus and personal impact is what pulled me into the industry.
The best thing about working for PageGroup is the culture of growth and opportunity. You’re constantly encouraged to push boundaries, whether through career advancement, regional collaboration, or driving your desk. At the same time, there’s a strong sense of camaraderie and support. People genuinely want to see each other succeed, and that creates a high-performance environment that’s also very people-first.
