Responsible for ensuring the day to day HR functions are performed in accordance policies and procedures and HR best practice and to provide direct advice and guidance to Stakeholder on HR policies and procedures. He or she will be in charge of implementation of the annual HR objectives and other HR projects. This role will also supervise the Snr. HR, HR Officer and Assistant to ensure they carry out their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

The role involves overseeing recruitment efforts for the UK and global BU within the APAC region (except India). This include hiring for roles across countries. These positions comprise on-payroll headcount within existing offices in Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as off-payroll headcount in diverse locations. Plus, the recruiter will assist to the Company's franchise partners with their hiring requirements as necessary.
The candidate will be responsible for handling the entire HR management scope including general administrations, labor union, audit, budgeting, etc. of 2 plants with total of around 300 headcounts.
Lead HR delivery end-to-end and act as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees to embed people priorities in growing Thailand market. You will also lead local people transformation initiatives during an exciting period of change and growth.
The individual develops and researches HR strategies and policies to align with organizational culture and goals, while leading efforts to maintain a healthy work environment through activities such as coaching, resolving employee relations issues, and overseeing recruitment and retention strategies.
The role involves driving organizational change and fostering a strong culture through HR interventions. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing functions, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance. Key tasks include attracting and retaining talent, managing performance, and implementing engagement initiatives.
