About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company with a strong presence in Thailand and a broad international business network.

Job Description

  • Lead strategic planning and overall warehouse operations for both in-house and outsourced warehouses.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, monitoring, and governance.
  • Optimize warehouse costs while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse vendors and logistics partners, including RFQ preparation and bidding processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse solutions, and process enhancements to increase productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational risks, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to resolve warehouse issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to improve performance, safety, and employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of warehouse management experience, including people management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage complex operations.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration.
