Job Description

  • Lead commercial and leasing strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Shape a strong tenant mix that enhances overall customer experience.
  • Build strategic partnerships and negotiate high‑value, win‑win deals.
  • Oversee full leasing operations from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Drive team performance and collaborate with executives to support long‑term growth.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields with strong commercial acumen.
    • 3+ years' proven leasing experience in shopping centers with deep tenant networks.
    • Strong tenant portfolio management, ensuring fast fill‑rates and smooth turnovers.
    • Solid understanding of leasing across malls, department stores, and lifestyle retail.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong MS Office proficiency.
