Job Description

  • Lead F&B strategy for Asia's top entertainment arena and global events.
  • Design premium menus for concerts, VIP lounges, and corporate suites.
  • Drive innovation with digital payment systems and eco-friendly practices.
  • Maximize profitability through smart budgeting, vendor negotiations, and cost control.
  • Build and inspire teams to deliver world-class hospitality experiences.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years' experience managing F&B operations in large-scale venues.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and train teams.
  • Expert in budgeting and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Fluent in Thai and English with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for hospitality innovation and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
