This role is responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and ICT systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with design specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and low-voltage systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and execution strategies aligned with project milestones and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of commissioning activities.
  • Review and approve commissioning documentation, including method statements, FAT/SAT procedures, and system integration testing protocols.
  • Monitor on-site commissioning activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage testing records, commissioning reports, punch lists, performance verification, and system certification documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on all commissioning-related matters and support final system acceptance.
  • Facilitate operational readiness by providing technical training and support to facility operations teams before project handover.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in testing and commissioning management within data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, low-voltage infrastructure, system integration testing, and commissioning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices, such as ASHRAE, IEEE, BICSI, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple project interfaces and deadlines.
