Job Description

  • Lead technical service support for OEM customers across passenger vehicles, EVs, motorcycles, trucks, and buses.
  • Provide lubricant application expertise, troubleshooting, product recommendations, and performance optimization to customers.
  • Support new product approvals, field trials, and technical evaluations with OEM partners.
  • Deliver technical training and product presentations to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate customer complaints and technical issues, providing effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support the Industrial Lubricants business by providing application engineering and technical consultation.
  • Collaborate with commercial and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain technical leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical service, application engineering, lubricant technology, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, OEM requirements, and vehicle technologies, including EV applications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
