Job Description

  • Manage and administer AWS cloud environments (VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, routing, ALB, certificate management) to ensure security and stability.
  • Oversee IT helpdesk ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset systems for accuracy, tracking, and compliance.
  • Provide network (LAN/WAN, VPN) and infrastructure support to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 networking and firewall systems (Aruba, WatchGuard, Sophos).
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud and network/system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS configuration and services (VPC, routing, security controls, ALB).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (L2/L3), firewall technologies, and VPN.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Good English communication skills for working with global teams.
  • Willing to work in Bangna area
