Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including material planning, production planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Drive inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess stock while maintaining high service levels and on-time delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage demand planning, order fulfilment, and supply continuity.
  • Oversee material planning activities across a large supplier base and ensure sufficient material availability to support production requirements.
  • Implement supply chain strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the supply chain team while monitoring performance through KPIs and operational targets.
  • Identify supply risks, resolve operational issues proactively, and improve overall supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Material Control, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related functions.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, finished goods planning, material control, and supply planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates from complex manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, home appliances, or other high-mix, high-component manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve on-time delivery performance, optimize inventory levels, manage supply risks, and solve operational challenges.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, strong analytical capability, and effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of English is required, while Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage.
