Job Description

  • LeadNPI activities from prototype through to full-scale production.
  • Coordinate suppliers to ensure successful implementation of new components, assemblies, and product transfers.
  • Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) improvements to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Support supplier development by resolving engineering and manufacturing challenges, monitoring project progress, and mitigating risks.
  • Manage tooling development, qualification, validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Review FAI/FAIR documentation, metrology data, and dimensional inspection reports to ensure production capability and compliance.
  • Manage multiple concurrent NPI projects while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supplier quality engineer within related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling development, production validation, and quality engineering principles. [
  • Experience with engineering drawings, GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAI/FAIR), and root cause problem-solving methodologies.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent stakeholder management skills and willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites across Thailand.
