Job Description

  • Manage supplier quality assurance and quality control activities for assigned suppliers.
  • Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to support NPD and production activities.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems, manufacturing processes, and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality support during NPI and mass production phases.
  • Perform initial sample inspections and validate product specifications before approval.
  • Monitor supplier performance and facilitate technical communication between stakeholders.
  • Support additional quality projects and assignments from management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality Management, or related quality roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, Fishbone Diagram, and Root Cause Analysis. Preferred industry experience in casting, forging, valves, piping products, fire protection systems, or rubber manufacturing.
