We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join a leading automotive components manufacturing company in Chonburi Province. The successful candidate requires experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction, commercial negotiation, and Direct/Indirect material procurement within a manufacturing environment.

A well-established automotive components manufacturer serving leading OEM customers across Thailand and overseas markets.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Manage procurement activities for Direct, Indirect, and OEM materials, including mold and tooling categories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure competitiveness in cost, quality, delivery, and technical capability.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through VA/VE programs, sourcing optimization, and supplier performance improvement.
  • Assess supplier risks, monitor market trends, and implement mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
  • Lead and develop the sourcing team while collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in Direct & Indirect material sourcing, supplier management, and strategic procurement.
  • Demonstrated success in cost reduction, price negotiation, VA/VE initiatives, and commercial management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience leading teams is preferred.
