Job Description

  • Manage and develop the regional PCB supplier base to ensure quality, technical capability, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct supplier audits to assess manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Lead root cause investigations, failure analysis, and corrective action activities using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
  • Drive supplier quality and process improvements through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM), new product introduction, and new part qualification activities.
  • Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new PCB suppliers to strengthen supply base capability and capacity.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Assess and improve production, engineering, and support processes to align with organizational quality and operational requirements.



The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in PCB manufacturing, supplier quality, or commodity engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and quality management practices.
    • Experience with automotive quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem solving.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with strong English proficiency.
    • Supplier audit experience and relevant quality or audit certifications are highly preferred, particularly in automotive environments.
