The successful candidate requires experience in project management, service operations, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support within industrial automation, process instrumentation, or engineering-related businesses.

Its products and services support applications such as flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical measurement, alongside project execution, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle services.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Oversee service operations, including commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
  • Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare project and service performance reports, maintain stakeholder communication, and support business growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and service management within industrial automation, process instrumentation, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for industrial systems and equipment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships effectively.
