The Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical documentation, engineering coordination, and customer support for company product across Thailand and ASEAN. This role acts as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, field service engineers, and headquarters, ensuring service activities are properly planned, documented, and executed to meet customer requirements.

Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including service reports, safety documentation, work scopes, technical specifications, and customer records.
  • Provide technical support and engineering consultation to customers, sales teams, and field service engineers.
  • Coordinate service projects, maintenance activities, machine upgrades, and retrofit programs with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review technical drawings, engineering documents, and equipment data to support customer requirements and service planning.
  • Support customer meetings alongside the sales team by providing technical expertise and equipment recommendations.
  • Act as the primary coordinator between customers, local teams, and headquarters for technical inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Participate in technical training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, service engineering, project engineering, maintenance engineering, or application engineering within industrial machinery environments.
  • Experience in rubber & tire, plastics, cement, mining, heavy machinery, process equipment, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor with the ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Good command of English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing experience.
