Job Description

  • Act as the main liaison between purchasing teams and suppliers
  • Identify, evaluate, and source new products, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Maintain and strengthen existing supplier relationships
  • Analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, and support buyers with pre-analyses
  • Follow up on orders with strong focus on cost and quality
  • Collect and validate required quality and compliance documentation
  • Organize and participate in domestic and international business trips



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in procurement, buyer, sourcing specialist, preferably in food business.
  • Fluency in English communication skill
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory and data management (MS Office)
