Job Description

  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize 3PL warehouse and transportation performance while achieving service, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and delivery of finished goods and consumables.
  • Analyze warehouse capacity and implement space optimization, storage improvements, and process enhancements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate transportation activities with 3PL providers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery performance.
  • Lead logistics audits, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive corrective actions arising from internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Manage, coach, and develop logistics team members while fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
  • Monitor logistics service provider KPIs, lead cost-saving and productivity improvement projects, and support strategic business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and 3PL management; experience in the food industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, international shipping, and logistics systems such as SAP or WMS.
  • Proven leadership capability with strong analytical, problem-solving, continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and good command of English, both written and spoken.
