About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational organisation in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Job Description

  • Manage daily kit planning, readiness, allocation, returns, and redeployment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Monitor kit availability and identify potential shortages, utilization issues, or operational risks.
  • Reconcile BOM and inventory data between operational systems and physical stock to maintain accuracy and readiness.
  • Coordinate consignment inventory activities including deployment, replenishment, right-sizing, and inventory optimization.
  • Investigate inventory variances, manage expiry-related actions, and support inventory control initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and logistics partners.
  • Drive KPI monitoring, process improvement projects, and operational efficiency through data analysis and problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory analytics, supply chain analysis, replenishment planning, or inventory optimisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or JDE is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in inventory analytics, supply chain planning, or inventory optimisation within FMCG or retail industries would be highly advantageous.
  • Good command of English, with confidence in presenting, participating in regional meetings, and working with stakeholders across Asia.
