Job Description

  • Manage and oversee HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and tools to streamline workflows.
  • Provide accurate reporting and analysis of HR data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and systems.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience working with Workday is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, and employee records within Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thai Nationality and good command in English
