Job Description

  • Deliver personalized High Jewellery experiences to VIP and high-net-worth clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with exclusive customers.
  • Provide expert product presentations with strong storytelling and knowledge of craftsmanship.
  • Identify client needs and recommend high-value creations tailored to individual preferences.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Support boutique initiatives, events, and client engagement activities.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty and High Jewellery client development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, fashion, or premium hospitality.
  • Experience handling high-value products and VIP clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Thai.
