Job Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of land infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and external development works.
  • Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, and other engineering disciplines to integrate utility services and external infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop engineering designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and construction drawings for infrastructure projects.
  • Interface with clients, government agencies, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and approval requirements.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on design standards, constructability, and engineering best practices.
  • Support project planning, tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposal development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Participate in site visits, design reviews, and construction support activities to resolve technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil infrastructure and land development projects.
  • Hold Professional Engineer license
  • Strong experience in road, highway, drainage, earthworks, and utility infrastructure design.
  • Proven project experience in sectors such as airports, railways, industrial developments, commercial developments, shopping malls, or large-scale land development projects.
  • Good English and communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
