  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales within the food industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in analysing market data and creating effective sales strategies.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
